Kris TwoOwls
A graduate of the Baptist School of Nursing in Memphis, TN, Kris TwoOwls Ledzius, RN specialized in child and adolescent psychiatry and behavior modification. She worked in both acute care inpatient and outpatient settings for nearly 20 years. The granddaughter and niece of chiropractors, she was exposed to the concept of alternative healing throughout her life. She became involved in animal rescue work at an early age.

She has studied with a variety of teachers including Master Herbalist Ron Sullivan, Medicine Woman and Master Naturalist Cathy Bryan, Master Healer/Teachers: Shirley Resler, Starr Fuentes, Colette Chase, Dr Suzan Rossi and others. She left full-time nursing in 1999 to provide private duty hospice care for her stepfather, a paralyzed Viet Nam Veteran. After his death she opened The Groom Closet, a pet grooming business that included alternative healing for sick and elderly pets and their owners. She now works full time as an advanced energetic healer and teacher and travels throughout the US. Kris TwoOwls is a teacher of Light Language: Mayan Sacred Geometry and Divine Intervention Spontaneous Remission. Her healing modalities also include Intradimensional Web Working, and The Quickening: Accelerated Conscious Evolution. Her current studies include The Quickening Practitioner Teacher Training and Dimensional Mastery.

How did you acquire your name TwoOwls?
In '99 I left full time nursing to provide private duty hospice care for my terminally ill stepfather, a combat paralyzed Viet Nam Marine. My mother and I held him as he crossed over, changing my life forever. Shortly after his death, my teacher guided me on Vision Quest. I then traveled with her to Arizona to support her, her teacher and relatives during Sun Dance. I was gifted the name TwoOwls in ceremony at that time.

How did you acquire the title of Shaman?
I have never called myself Shaman, nor do I consider myself one. I have made reference to sharing shamanic teachings, which come from my teacher and Divine Intervention Lineage Holder, Starr Fuentes, whose teachings are shamanic in nature.

Who is really doing the healing?
Healing occurs between the client and God, Spirit, or whatever name given that which is Creator of All. To me a "healer" is the physical focus vessel through which the healing occurs.
